We don’t do memberships or signups. The best way to join our running community is to come and run with us. Make yourself known, be friendly, run happy. You can join our mailing list below with the occasional information on upcoming events and exclusive partnership offers. Don’t worry though, we won’t smash you with daily emails!


TUESDAY MORNING SOCIAL
A social run that makes your feel good. We like to mix up the route each week, running or walking 15-20 minutes in one direction and then turning around and heading back the same way. You can run less or more. The Distance, time and pace are all up to you. Our goal of Tuesday Morning Social is to provide a space to meet new people, find your own rhythm in running, and enjoy a post run chat and coffee.
Location: Hissy Fits Cafe, Peel Street.
Time: 5.45am Sharp


THURSDAY SESSIONS
Thursday is workday. Don’t get us wrong, it’s social and we love to have fun, however our core reason for coming together is to train hard in a supportive environment. We warm up together, do the same session at your own pace, then we cool down together. The session is usually 4-6km of Interval or Speed work, adaptable to suit your ability. All levels of runners are welcome. It’s not a race; it’s about helping each other get better together.

Cost: $5.00 for Track Entry – Season pass available.

WEEKEND LONG RUN
There is no set time or day for the long run. Keep an eye on social media or Strava regarding information for when, where and how long. We usually run 60 minutes or longer, however always adaptable if you want to join us for less or more. If you have an epic idea or a challenge and you’re looking for a crew to join you, throw it out there and we can use the long run to make it happen. The long run is also a good way to practice nutrition and pacing for upcoming races.
